Burnout Breakthrough Blueprint: Nervous System Healing for High-Achieving Women

A 3 month step by step process to gain insight into aspects of your life where you are feeling burnout, changes you need to make to decrease burnout, and creating your unique “formula” to heal your nervous system and anxiety.

Learn how to rewire your nervous system and compassionately be able to speak to the part of you that is always criticizing you.

In this highly supportive 1:1 coaching program I will help you gain insight into what areas of your life are causing you to feel burnout. We will create intentions for our work together and work together to create changes in your life, whether those are big or small, to create external relief and decrease burnout. We will work on setting appropriate boundaries that will be customized to you and your life. Time to learn how to say NO, both in an assertive way and in a compassionate way! 

I will also teach you how to befriend the part of you that is criticizing you, telling you that you’re not perfect, not doing enough, or that you have to do everything for everyone else, but YOU! 

I will teach you about breathwork and meditation and how to start doing it in small incremental ways. It helped saved my life! We will create a custom “formula” of skills and techniques to heal your nervous system together. 

I will help you during every step of the process. All of these concepts, techniques, and skills I have used in my own life, and trust me I don’t know where I would be without them!

Hey there, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) and a Burnout and Anxiety Coach for high achieving women who are ready to transform their lives out of burnout and anxiety and into peace, balance, and alignment. 

My mission is to help you break through burnout, identify parts of your life that are creating burnout, and create lasting change to kick burnout to the curb!! I want to teach you about the nervous system and how to create your own “unique formula” of skills that will heal your nervous system! 

I cannot wait to share all of the tools and skills that I have learned along my 8 year journey of being a therapist and seeing hundreds of clients that were burnout, anxious, and stressed. I have learned so much through my own journey and my passion is helping others through burnout and anxiety. 

I will teach you exactly what I did in order to break through burnout once and for all. I will teach you about meditation, breathwork, and so many other skills to increase your capacity for stress and live the life that you want to full of your own passions, hobbies, and self-care practices! You will become a priority in your own life because you deserve to be!

I no longer feel burnout and I am continuing to work with clients in a way where I do not feel burnout. I have learned to put myself first, while still helping high achieving women. I had to make some hard choices along the way. If I was able to do this while having a caseload of 25-30 clients a week and living in 9/10 level of chronic pelvic pain for years, so can you!
